Armani Privé Haute Couture Fall 2014

Normalmente non vado matto per Giorgio Armani. Forse è per mio gusto personale, forse è per pregiudizi (ma francamente non credo), ma non ho mai trovato la moda di Armani così innovativa. Stranamente in questa collezione troviamo qualcosa di diverso dal solito Armani.
Ovviamente troviamo le influenze anni Cinquanta ed i tagli maschili, ma qui il tutto sembra più ingentilito e femminile, meno severo. Soprattutto ho adorato il modo in cui Armani ha giocato con le forme creando vere e proprie architetture e geometrie. Un po' maschile, un po' femminile, un po' Fifties ed un po' Optical.
E' difficile da ammettere, ma questa collezione è meravigliosa.

I usually don't go nuts for Giorgio Armani. Maybe because I have different tastes, maybe because I have prejudices (but I don't think so), but I've never thought about Armani's fashion and aesthetic as innovative.
Strangely in this Haute Couture collection something has changed from the usual Armani.
Obviously we have the Fifties influence and the masculine cuts, but here everything seems more softened and feminine, less strict. I adored especially the way Armani played with forms creating proper architectures and geometries. A little masculine, a little feminine, a little Fifties and a little Optical. 
Hard to admit, but this collection is gorgeous.
