CHANEL Haute Couture Fall 2014

Sai cosa? Karl Lagerfeld non fa che stupirmi e poi deludermi. La RTW S/S 2014, ad esempio, è meravigliosa. Ma la RTW F/W 2014 è stata un colpo al cuore. Ed adesso la Haute Couture F/W 2014, lo splendore.
Ho amato tutto di questa collezione: i colori, le linee un po' all'avanguardia ed un po' classiche, i ricami sfarzosi ed i tagli minimalisti. La perfetta congiunzione tra oro, barocco, sontuosità e modernità, tagli puliti ed essenziali.
Infatti Chanel in questa collezione è proprio questo: tagli puliti arricchiti da ricami degni di una regina. Molto belli i sandali rasoterra, sobri in contrasto con la ricchezza degli abiti.
Karl con questa collezione le ha azzeccate tutte.

You know what? Kar Lagerfeld always surprises me and then disappoints me. The RTW S/S 2014 for example was unbelievably beautiful. But the RTW F/W 2014 was a shot to the heart. And now the Haute Couture F/W 2014, pure splendor.
I loved everything about this collection: colors, avantgarde silhouettes but also a bit classical, the gorgeous embroideries with minimalistic shapes.
In fact Chanel in this collection is this: clean shapes enriched by royal embroderies.
The flat sandals are beautiful and in contrast with the richness of the gowns.
Karl is on fire.
