Una collezione che definirei avanguardistica ma che strizza l'occhio al passato, coloratissima ma anche in bianco e nero, con dettagli folli e super curati.
Un'estetica non convenzionale, quella di Alexander Wang, che si mantiene e si rinnova ad ogni stagione arricchendosi sempre di più. Gli accessori, soprattutto le scarpe, sono stranissimi e molto particolari.
Gli outfits sono un incrocio fra tessuti impalpabili e rigide strutture, svolazzanti pieghe e linee severe, intrecci e reti che creano un interessante gioco fra colori, consistenze e stili.
Direi che questa collezione è stata proprio la perfetta apertura di questa stagione.

A collection I would define as avantgarde but that blinks an eye to the past, full of vibrant (almost violent) colors but also in black and white, with crazy details.
An unconventional aesthetic is the one of Alexander Wang, that is maintained and renewed in each season enriching itself more and more. The accessories, especially the shoes, are strange and very particular.
The outfits are a crossing between impalpable fabrics and rigid structures, aflutter folds and strict lines, twists and fishnets that create an interesting game among colors, consistencies and styles.
I would say that this collection has been the perfect ouverture for this season, and I would say right.
